Drug Caucus to Hold Hearing on Money Laundering and Bulk Cash Smuggling Across the Southwest Border
Washington, DC – Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), Chairman of the Senate Caucus on International Narcotics Control and Co-Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA), announced today that the Caucus will hold a hearing Wednesday, March 9 on money laundering and bulk cash smuggling across the Southwest border. The hearing will focus on money that illegally crosses from the United States to Mexico and fuels Mexican drug trafficking organizations.
