On Tuesday, December 9th at 2 p.m., in 215 Dirksen Senate Office Building, the Senate Caucus on International Narcotics Control will hold a hearing titled, “Dirty Money: Chinese Organized Crime in Latin America,” focused on Chinese organized criminal activity in Latin America. The hearing will uncover how the Chinese mafia drives synthetic opioid trafficking to the United States in the context of increased Chinese investment and trade with Latin America and the Caribbean.
